J&K Police Kathua under the overall supervision of *SSP Kathua* arrested one Bootlegger with 50 Quarters of JK Special Whiksy( illicit liquor) in the Jurisdictional area of PP Hatli area.
On 27/05/2025 Police Party of PP Hatli led by IC PP Hatli PSI Subham Mahajan under the guidance of *DySP Hqrs Kathua Sh. Ravinder Singh and SHO PS Kathua Insp Sandeep Chib* established Naka for checking/Frisking of vehicles in its jurisdictional area. During vehicle checking, police team apprehended one suspicious person who disclosed his name as Davinder Kumar S/o Lt Faquir Chand R/o Ward No. 14 Naag Nagar Kathua. On thorough checking, 50 Quarters of JK Special Whisky(180/180 Ml each) have been recovered from his possession. In this regard a Case FIR No. 262/2025 U/S 48(a) Excise Act stands registered at this PS Kathua. Further investigation of the case is going on.
