Security forces recovered a bag containing a pistol and ammunition during a search and cordon operation in the Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
The operation was conducted in the Dhargloon area of the Mendhar sector based on specific intelligence. A bag was found lying near a natural cave and was searched, revealing a 9mm pistol with a magazine and nine bullets, 159 bullets of an AK assault rifle, a pouch, a dress, a black trouser, and a waterproof suit.
