In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, J&K Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Vijaypur during the year 2011.
A Police team of Police Station Vijaypur headed by SHO PS Vijaypur under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur and under the overall supervision of SSP Samba succeeded in apprehending an absconder namely Bhag Ali S/o Mohd Sadiq R/o Chak Bagla Tehsil Vijaypur district Samba wanted in case FIR No. 79/2011 U/S 341/323/325/147/148 RPC registered at PS Vijaypur. The said accused was evading his arrest since 2011 after the commission of the crime.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him was executed.
